Markus Rosenberg received his degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from York University. He is the founder of Fit Culture Inc., which specializes in full service personal training, nutrition and supplement programs.

Meet Tamara

Tamara Lavrinenko is a certified Personal Trainer Specialist and began her personal training career in Israel in 2014, working with both groups and individuals. Wanting to make a deeper impact, she spent six years in a cardiac rehabilitation center, training patients recovering from cardiac events and those managing chronic conditions. This experience reinforced how the right exercise can reverse health issues, ease pain, and improve quality of life. Now, Tamara specializes in helping women in their 50s, 60s, and 70s lose weight and build strength safely, ensuring they start at the right level and progress without injury. Her goal is to make fitness an enjoyable, lasting habit that enhances both present and future health.

Peimaan has spent over 10 years helping adults stay strong, flexible, and active through personal training, yoga, Pilates, and strength coaching. He specializes in safe, effective programs that support balance, mobility, and confidence—so you can enjoy life fully at any age. With a caring and approachable style, Peimaan makes fitness fun, achievable, and lasting.

Meet Marty

Marty Heelam received his degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from University of Indianapolis. He is a long-time personal trainer with over 20 years in the personal training industry. Marty played professional football in the German Football league as a fullback and enjoys spending time with his family and watching his son play AAA baseball.

Meet Marco

Qualifications
Marco has been part of the Fit Culture Inc. team for over a year and brings both knowledge and practical experience to every session. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the W.I.T.S. program and is completing his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences at York University.
With a strong background in physiology, anatomy, nutrition, and biomechanics, Marco understands how the body changes with age and how to train safely and effectively. He is dedicated to helping clients in their 50s, 60s, and beyond improve strength, mobility, and overall health so they can feel confident and capable in daily life.
